Owner Matt Frideres has always had a passion for building. Prior to launching his own contracting business, he spent several years working as a framing and finish carpenter, painter, commercial project manager, and estimator. He started Woodmaster Remodeling in 1998 to put that varied experience to work for homeowners and businesses around the Des Moines metro.
For more than two decades, Matt and his team of contractors have been working throughout the metro’s neighborhoods and suburbs on a wide range of projects, earning a reputation for excellent work and unparalleled customer service. Whether the project is large or small, whether the home is new or old, Matt’s woodworking and remodeling expertise is sought after across the Des Moines area.
